CIO/CTO Strategic Advisory and Management Services
Wagner-Weber provides CIO/CTO-level advisory services to many of our clients – both large and small. As such, we work with senior management to help develop and implement IT organizational strategies including staffing/skills analysis, assistance in the hiring process, technology budgeting, and technology facilities and infrastructure planning.
For our smaller clients, we often serve in an outsourced CIO/CTO capacity to cost-effectively provide this level of advisory service on an as-required basis. With our larger clients, we often work with CIO/CTO personnel and senior management to assist in specific areas to help resolve technology-related issues or problems. We often provide insight and perspective as to how similar organizations are approaching strategic/operational IT issues and how best to proceed. No matter what the specific challenge may be, WWA’s role is to provide the objective advice and strategic technology perspective to ensure that technology-related decisions are objective, cost-effective and in step with the needs of the business.
