Wagner-Weber has provided both small- and large-scale Project Management services to our clients ranging from small systems/network deployments to application and facilities technology efforts encompassing hundreds of project personnel. No matter how small or large a project may be, the proper structure and oversight is imperative if project objectives are to be met while simultaneously meeting budget, schedule, and business requirements. Wagner-Weber utilizes only our most senior management personnel to perform the role of Project Manager. Our primary function is to coordinate, motivate and manage project personnel including internal client personnel and external vendors/consultants to achieve the project goals and objectives while providing concise and regular reporting to our client’s senior executives.
