Operations and Systems Infrastructure Support
Many of our clients operate with a small IT staff and supplement these organizations with technology expertise provided by Wagner-Weber. In fact, many of our smaller clients have no IT staff at all and leverage our expertise to manage and provide daily operational support for their servers, desktops, networks, and security systems so that they can concentrate their energies on their core business. Our larger clients draw upon their “extended technology staff” at Wagner-Weber either during busy periods or when projects create resource constraints. Since we are already familiar with the technology as well as the client’s unique business requirements, our people hit the ground running and we are able to work closely with our clients to ensure that they have the right combination of resources to achieve their technology objectives when and where they need it.
