Nearly all of Wagner-Weber’s people are full-time employees; not contractors or temps. While we have been adding personnel regularly, our turnover of people is extremely low and new consultants are carefully selected. As a result, we are able to provide our clients with consistency and continuity throughout the life cycle of an engagement, if not multiple engagements over many years.
Our people have diverse backgrounds and talents ranging from desktop support skills to complex enterprise server, network, and security expertise. Our consulting model is unique and personal so as to ensure that multiple technical people at WWA are directly involved and intimately familiar with the inner workings of a client’s technical infrastructure.
