Wagner-Weber’s staff is comprised of senior level technology people with in-depth expertise gained through many years of direct, hands-on experience in both the technology and financial services industries.

While we must be familiar with all the typical desktop, server, network, and security technologies common to all industries, we must also be extremely proficient with the infrastructure and applications that are unique to this financial services market. This includes all matters of portfolio accounting systems, trade order management, FIX connectivity, all types and varieties of market data and financial information sources, and other financial service-related applications. Further, we have a deep and broad understanding of how to integrate these diverse systems into a client’s operation so as to ensure efficient and effective use of all technology components.

Finally, in addition to ensuring that production systems are optimized to support critical business operations as well as an optimal end-user experience, Wagner-Weber focuses on designing and supporting infrastructure that provide for high-availability such that mission critical functions can be quickly and seamlessly failed-over to disaster recovery systems in the event of any system and/or facility event.  These recovery systems (which we often manage) are located at highly resilient, geographically diverse data centers.  This recovery capability is critical to our client’s livelihood ensuring uninterrupted system availability and overall business continuity.
